From a dead compressor at 6am to a furnace that won't ignite on the coldest night of the year, AAA Pro HVAC treats every call in West Somerset, KY like the emergency it feels like to you.
AAA Pro HVAC didn't start as a franchise rollout or a private-equity roll-up — it started with technicians who got tired of watching homeowners get overcharged for underexplained work.
We service both residential and light commercial systems across West Somerset, KY: split systems, packaged units, ductless mini-splits, gas furnaces, electric furnaces, and heat pumps.
Ask a AAA Pro HVAC technician a technical question and you'll get a real answer, not a sales pivot — that's deliberate, and it's why customers stick around.
Licensing, insurance, and EPA 608 refrigerant certification aren't optional extras for our West Somerset, KY crews — they're the baseline before a technician ever gets handed a set of keys.
Our West Somerset, KY dispatchers are trained to ask the right triage questions on the first call, not just log a ticket and hope the technician figures it out on arrival. Consistency across every West Somerset, KY job, not just the easy ones, is what keeps our review scores accurate rather than inflated.
Catching a problem early, before it becomes a total breakdown, almost always means a shorter repair and a smaller bill.
A system that runs but never actually cools usually means a refrigerant charge issue, a failing capacitor, or restricted airflow — not something a thermostat adjustment will fix. Our West Somerset, KY techs see this specific pattern often enough to diagnose it quickly rather than guess.
A furnace that clicks but never lights, or one that lights and shuts off within seconds, usually points to a failing ignitor, a fouled flame sensor, or a safety switch doing exactly its job. Ignoring furnace won't ignite or keeps shutting off rarely makes the underlying issue cheaper to fix later.
A system working harder than it should to hit the same setpoint is a system with a developing problem, even if it hasn't fully failed yet. Our West Somerset, KY techs see this specific pattern often enough to diagnose it quickly rather than guess.
None of these noises are 'normal system sounds' worth ignoring — they're early warnings. Our West Somerset, KY techs see this specific pattern often enough to diagnose it quickly rather than guess.
This is one of the most misdiagnosed HVAC complaints, since it's tempting to blame the thermostat instead of the actual airflow path. Ignoring uneven temperatures room to room rarely makes the underlying issue cheaper to fix later.
Turning on and off every few minutes instead of running a full cycle strains the compressor and rarely resolves itself. Ignoring system short-cycling rarely makes the underlying issue cheaper to fix later.
